- Shipments are made with a local cargo company. Shipments are made with the recipient paying the shipping fee. You can pay the shipping fee to the cargo company representative upon delivery.
- Cargo deliveries cannot be made on weekends and public holidays. For orders falling on these dates, cargo delivery will be made on the first business day following.
- The stock control of the products on our site is continuously performed by our online service team. If there is an instant stock problem with products in your order and they cannot be supplied, you will be informed by phone using the number in your membership details, and your refund will be promptly processed to the account you specify.
- When your order arrives, please check the package for any damage before accepting delivery. In case of damage to the box, do not sign any delivery document; instead, ask the cargo officer to prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" and return the package along with the report to the cargo officer.
